I was lucky enough to win a home security system from a friend’s fundraiser; Mark Electronics was such a pleasure to deal with. Fast forward many years, we now feel part of the extended family. We upgraded our system - Jess called ahead of time to make sure the account is all current with contact information and to let me know what we would expect with the new system. She also called after installation to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Chad did an awesome job installing and answering my many questions, even those not pertaining to the alarm system. Today I feel like a little kid with a new toy being able to access my alarm on my phone or pc and feeling the satisfaction of knowing my alarm is reliable. I love that Mark Electronics is up on the latest technology as our industry evolves. I try to be up to date on the latest new technology to simplify our lives, but being a working mom with a busy crazy lifestyle I am not as educated as I would like to be, but I know I can call Mark or Tarah and have a fun conversation on the latest's products that would suit the needs of myself and my family. After having ADT services for years, we were looking to switch it up after moving into our new home. Friend of ours referred us to Mark Electronics, and we were very happy with the referral. Unlike the commercial alarm companies, Mark first sent their sales person Matt out to our home to evaluate our needs being an existing alarm system on the home. He didn't try to nickel and dime us with extras and even said that our existing system was fairly solid. Very happy with the estimate process.

The install process was beyond amazing. Instead of just sending ONE tech out to do all the work like our previous experience with ADT, they sent a team of four techs (Ken, Brian, Mike, and Adam) who were all awesome. They installed everything asking minimal questions of the home owner (basically just easy questions on personal preferences). The team fed on each others skills and knowledge which made the job be completed efficiently and effectively.

Mark Electronics did a great job of helping me plan out and set up a perfect security system for our family home that not only met our budget but provided everything important that we felt we needed and wanted. Tarah at Mark Electronics was so pleasant and easy to work with. After dealing with a sales rep from much larger ADT Alarm Company whose only concern was closing the deal, dealing with her and a company that still has that family owned and operated feeling but a reputation that far exceeds those larger companies was very refreshing. It's nice to call in and talk to people who actually care about you and your happiness. The customer service they provided before, during, and after installation was better than ADT could have ever provided. (Not to mention that their equipment provided was much nicer both feature wise and visually than ADT had to offer without up charging you hundreds of dollars.
