Community Project Thrift Store — Local services in Rochester

I have been going here for a long time with great service but I did not receive that today. I’ve been a faithful customer along with donating hundreds of dollars worth of stuff but he would not let me return 3 4 packs of teacups with the tags still attached that were deceptively packaged without my receipt. I was even willing to take store credit. There is no sign that says no receipt no returns. It’s sad to lose business over a $12 credit. I guess I’ll go back to donating...
