We had a wonderful experience working with Drew and his team at Carlisle Films! Drew is incredibly easy to work with. He’s very friendly, a clear communicator, easy to reach via phone/email, and truly cares about the happiness and wellbeing of his clients. When we had our initial phone conversation with him, he explained his typical process very clearly, answering all of our questions. In the months leading up to our wedding, he reached out to check in and clarify any details needed to ensure that we got all of the shots we wanted. When COVID19 hit, Drew was one of the first vendors to reach out to us to check in and ask what he could do to help. And when we needed to change our venue and date, his team easily adjusted. On the day of our wedding, Drew’s team was extremely friendly and did an excellent job staying “in the background” and letting things unfold naturally, while still being there to capture all of the details. There were several times during which something unexpected happened on the side and I thought “oh! I wonder if the videographers caught that?” And when I turned around they were right there behind us filming it all! We couldn’t be happier with their process— throughout pre-wedding planning to the execution on our wedding day. Not only was their process and communication great before and during the wedding, but the films we got back in the end were flawless. Drew and the entire team at Carlisle Films were so fantastic to work with through the entire wedding planning process. We were one of the many covid couples who had to change our original wedding date, and Drew was so understanding and accommodating of that. He allowed us to change our date without any questions or additional fees, making it a huge weight off our shoulders. Drew was extremely responsive during our planning process and when the wedding day came, he was professional, on time, and fun to be around! He worked closely with our photographer to be sure they both were able to get their shots in and work done. The final video Drew sent us was beyond our expectations.
