Dollar General — Local services in Rock Hill

I have had good experiences at this store but today was really really bad. 2 young ladies came in the store to purchase something and the worker couldn’t take care of the customer she had at the counter because she thinking the kids was in there “stealing”. The one young lady had a vape that she had in her hand when she came in the store and she went to stick in her bra the lady said to the young lady what you stick in your shirt she then pulled out her vape and the worker start laughing like it was funny. I nicely sat my things down and walked out told her she was rude and race’s because she tried to accuse the young ladies for stealing, when they had money to pay for they stuff and I don’t think that’s right. Now Dollar General on Celanese by Food Lion just lost a customer because of her reaction and no telling how many other people she has or going to do like that and don’t know if they have money or not kid or no kid. Not only did I walk out it was like 2 or 3 others that walked out and that wasn’t nice of her.

I think something needs to be done about this I don’t know the lady name she was on shift around 2:00-4:00pm at that time she had salt pepper like hair and some kind of accent, and then she threaten to call the police on me because I told her about herself and said she was going to have me escorted out...

This store is usually very well done but today I'm going to be honest I didn't have a very good experience at this Dollar general they're usually really stocked and I have everything I need today I had everything I need or needed but I walked away from $100 sale because their system cannot take my credit card it was cash only well I don't know about y'all but I don't dealing cash only and not only that that their system is dated maybe just maybe if they hired employees that knew a little bit about their systems maybe they would crash so many times because the only thing I deal with today is that my cashier was on her phone the entire time that she was...

It is a very low end store. Kind of rude employees but what do you expect from a low end store that only hires people who are willing to work for low pay. Last time I was in the rock hill store I saw 1 employee. Who was trying to stock and watch the register. Twice homeless/methhead looking people came in and grabbed stuff and slipped out with the single employee ignoring them. Cheap chinese Random stuff at...
