We just moved to the area and this was our first time here. We inquired about having 12 people bowl on a saturday night and asked if we needed to reserve a spot. We had young kids in the group so waiting long periods of time was going to be hard. We were told by phone and bus Google message that we shouldn't need to reserve as they arent usually sold out. We get there and have an hour and a half wait for our lanes. Disappointing but we decided to grab food while we wait. The line was long for the snack bar as they only have one cashier and one register and there were a lot of people here. This is at 9pm, btw. The lady at the counter was really nice! Funny and helpful :) I noticed the cook was wearing gloves but wore the same ones when he would come in and out of the kitchen to do errands and would touch non food items then also use those gloves to cook with. This kind of defeats the purpose of gloves. Simple repetitive training on food safety and health risks could definitely come in handy. The food area is exposed to the public which leaves it even more open to scrutiny. Not complaining about the open kitchen, I like knowing what's going on with my food. I also notice the snack bar and the lounge are struggling with pitchers. It seems they were on a constant hunt for more pitchers for customers. That's a management flaw IMO because the amount of money they were pulling for the pitchers should compensate for extra pitchers and would free up employee time to be used in other areas that were lacking. Which brings me to my next points. The bathrooms were sub par, toilet seats could use a changing and entire bathroom updated. The lights used for cosmic bowling reminded me of a teenagers birthday party and the music used to play in the entire place were speakers on a table in the middle of the bowling alley. The "game room" was only partially functioning so when we spent $77 for the kids to use on games, they basically spent most of that winning candy from a crane machine. This was disappointing because they spent most of that money for handfuls of candy when I could have just bought boxes of candy from the store and gotten way more....the kids would have liked to play games and I would have rather them done that also then have candy. I waited about 9 minutes for someone to get my drink order in the lounge. I felt bad for the bartenders because even though I do feel they needed additional training or up their speed, I do believe they were genuinely trying. That was frustrating because I lost 3 rounds in bowling waiting for 1 pitcher of beer. I really feel with the 13 years experience I have in Food/beverage and Sales/Marketing Management that with a little extra TLC and tightening up on staff, this establishment could be more than what it is. I dont want to assume I know all the ins and outs of the place because this was my first experience and I dont know the behind the scenes of the business. However, we have already decided we would like to try another bowling establishment for our next outing. Imagine how many other families have done the same and never returned. Food...
Read moreTo the half up man bun hipster wanna be… This man was hateful from the second I walked in, giving me demeaning looks and an attitude from the second we checked in. I asked from the get go to get the gutters turned on (I have chronic illnesses that make it hard for me to throw the ball but I still try to do normal things as often as possible, I always get the gutters turned on and have NEVER had an issue before), and he continually refused. My husband went back up before our game started and asked the nice woman at the desk and explained my issues to her and she happily turned on the gutters. We played one full game and as we were playing the second game the man from the beginning was watching ME in a PACKED bowling alley and turned off my gutters mid game. My husband went and asked why and he wouldn’t give a reason and the woman and manager fixed it. Anytime I turned around the man was giving me disgusting grins and being rude. Please do something about this. He is not nice to the disabled. Thanks again to the nice lady and the manager for being understanding and making exceptions to fit my medical needs even when the man went and undid those exceptions. Let me state: My issue is NOT with them having rules. My issue with everything is with the man who went OUT OF HIS WAY to make the medical exception that was made, a huge issue and turned my gutters off mid game because he was being nasty to me the entire time. Please teach your employees not to discriminate. Especially this man, who shouldn’t be working with the public with an...
Read moreI had a terrible experience there today , I took all 5 kids to experience a good time which turned out to be terrible . Soon as I arrived , they made us wait several minutes when in fact there was lanes open . I started off and got a bowling application for my kids to be able to attend the league which they aren’t anymore I’m glad I didn’t fill out paper work. The reason being the out is by this big group and the lady was being very raciest to us !! She was screaming at the kids telling them that this her lane and not to come to her lane when my kids where not bowling in her area . The lady was screaming and telling them to move really nasty to them . The lady at front desk moved us to isle 16, the man right over there seen what was going on and he decided to be raciest to us and said before you even come over here don’t touch our balls, he stated “I don’t want yall black greasy hands to touch my ball and these where kids he talking to , then told us to just leave it’s best you leave ..I went up to them ask to speak to manager , they said there was no manager . I told them I’m not letting this end until what happened is reported to manager . I’m so upset , my kids are upset and feel very discriminated too to the point they was crying I will never go back . Something needs to be done for what happened today on August 10th 2025.I would like someone to follow up...
