Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Rock Island

Lol Metro Pcs is such a scam 🙄. Calls do drop in a couple areas but not horrible. Make sure to ask questions or you will get finessed. Switched over from Sprint because I saw their “promotion” for a free phone and buy one get one free. Told me she’d throw in a “ deal “for the cases and screen protectors as bundle right.. Charged me $85 for 2 basic phone cases. $30 EACH for flimsy screen protector that didn’t even fit my phone. Oh and they put it on your phone for you of course because it’s non refundable now 🤗 But no seriously just get your phone(s) and plan and dip, get accessories...

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE LOCATION. They lie and pressure their customers into getting things they don’t want or need. The “manager” was extremely rude and unhelpful. They lied about company policy and when I called them out they told me I was rude (I was not) and I needed to leave because they were not helping me.
