I love the bed, very comfortable. After two months of owning there is a big dip on the edge of one side. I submitted a warranty claim online and never received a call back. I then called the 800 number and was redirected to and different office. Once I got the right person they showed no record of my warranty claim. This business is seriously pathetic. Their delivery driver parks his semi truck at 3am next to tons of apartments and is so loud. He leaves it running for hours not giving two craps if he is waking up the neighborhood. I have complained numerous times to this company and they said it wouldn't happen again.
