Chopsticks House China Chef — Restaurant in Rock Island

Sometimes the people who answer don’t know what they sell and are very rude. For example I usually get a side order of lo mein which was $4. I called and tried to order it and was told it is $7.75 for a plain small lo mein. I tried very nicely to explain I always get a small clear bowl of plain noodles for $4 and the lady replied “well it’s $7.75 and that is the order of plain lo mein do you want to continue ur order or not?!” With the rude customer service I have to deduct 2 stars. When I went in to pick up my order I asked for their new menu of which I found what I wanted at the price of$)4.75. I explained to the lady in front and she said “sometimes the other people don’t know I’ll tell her” which I mean ok. But also not really because it’s always the same girl in front so was she just covering for herself being rude on the phone?? I’ve also stood up for the worker when she was getting yelled at by a rude customer before so I feel as though maybe the customer service overall requires more training. The lady overcharged me when I was sick and then I looked at the menu. She overpriced everything 1-2 dollars higher. Called her out on it and immediately requested a refund. Why???! The place was dirty. I don't understand the whole concept. A lot of bad business ethics going on. I rarely do this but I would highly recommend Chinese Kitchen.
