The ladies who serve this place have a terrible character. They should change them and put in young people with patience. I was interested in some pants. I don't know what happened with the price, but it wasn't the right price for the pants. They didn't want to sell it to me. They said to come back the next day and that they would have it there for me with the real price. The next day I came back and the lady on duty wasn't there and the other lady with a rude and arrogant attitude told me that she wouldn't sell it to me because it's a process of setting the price and in the end she didn't look for it or help me. Horrible...

I appreciate what Carpenter's Corner stands for, and I have been donating to them for several years. I am usually greeted by someone who is grateful and at least says, have a good day. Today when I rang the bell at the donation area, one guy opened the door and called for another guy to come and help him. Neither of them said anything to me, no hello, how are you, thank you, nothing! They took the boxes I had for them and carried them inside. Got a table delivered to our house. From the store to my house it ended up scratch. The manger Kelly was very rude. No contact after they said they would change the table. Then someone took something from there truck so we haven't heard anything from this place. Then I called today and the person on the phone says we have had our truck back for 2 weeks but we're a week out of deliverys.
