If I could give this place negative stars, I would! I recently relocated from out of state and needed a couch pretty badly. I am fully disabled and on a fixed income. I expressed my concerns with using Facebook marketplace and worry I had that Iâd be scammed. I have no vehicle, so considering this is a âbusinessâ, I used the honor system, and put my trust in this woman that Iâd receive at the very least a functioning couch. They quietly added âno returnsâ on my receipt, as I felt rushed to sign and didnât even see that written and she sure enough didnât mention it. Not even an hour after delivery, i sat on the couch and it sinks into the center! I told this woman I have a bad back (herniated disc) and needed a couch to sit on and am possibly having surgery soon. So it was very well stated and known I needed a functioning couch! I called her the moment I sat down and sank into the center and told her thereâs no way I can use this couch. She sat silently on the phone. So silent, I thought she hung up! So again, I said maâam, this couch sinks into the center and I will NOT be able to use it. Her response was âwell you knew itâs a used couch and we shampooed itâ. Yes I knew it was used but expected at the very least it function enough to sit on it! Her response was to block me on my phone, and on Facebook! I paid for this couch in Christmas Day! Merry Christmas to me, I got ripped off for $250! There is no way she didnât know what this couch is doing! No way! I placed my trust in a âbusinessâ thinking there would be some integrity there! This place deliberately sold me a couch fit for the trash and it wouldnât surprise me if thatâs where she got it from to begin with! I filed a complaint with the credit card company and she responded with it was fine when it left her store. No! Sheâs a LIAR! I have videos taken within an hour of delivery. I see she has a habit of blocking people they have ripped off. Iâm not the only customer she has blocked after ripping us off. It will take me probably a year to pay this garbage off not counting paying someone to haul this to the dumpster where itâs more suitable for. Horrible business shady with zero integrity! What kind of business sells a non functioning piece of furniture when I made it clear I need surgery and have to sit level.    Read moreVery frustrated with my experience with this business today. I purchased a sectional with delivery over a week ago with the gentleman who owns this business. We messaged and called and spoke to him before even going to the store and they assured us they would be able to move our old couch set out of the space before bringing the new couch in. When the delivery drivers came today I said this was the plan and the man looked extremely aggravated and said âDID YOU ASK THEM ABOUT THISâ to which I said yes and he said âIM MAKING A CALLâ
He came back inside few minutes later and said they were too busy and werenât going to help. They rushed brought everything inside, mind you Iâm a woman here by myself and have no way of moving these couches. I called and spoke to the woman that works there and she said they do not move anything and the delivery is so cheap thatâs just not something they offered. I didnât believe the negative reviews from my previous interactions with the store but this place obviously does not give a crap about customer service or honoring their word. Really should have actual communicated policies they can educate all customers on instead of lying and going back on their word. Despite being given a specific two-hour delivery window, your drivers arrived after the window time and were only available to assist for a short time (20 minutes). This resulted in my fiancĂ© missing two hours of work and if he wasnât there my sectional would of been just left outside. Furthermore, the delivery was handled poorly, resulting in damage to the sectional in two spots. I was also disappointed with the behavior of the delivery driver, who was rude and unprofessional. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. I hope that your company will take steps to address these issues and provide better service to your customers in the future. I wasnât going to leave a google review out of respect of the business but when I reached out to discuss what happened they then just blocked me (Facebook and Telephone ) instead of being an adult and communicating.
