This is the new HAPPY PLACE in Rockford, with new ownership. Love the Tony s and the servers. Lots of TV'S to entertain with sports as well. The food is quite comforting, with different specials everyday. I loved the pictures in the ladies room, so I took pictures of them. I'll attach them. It's all part of the happy attitude of the place. Also heard they are going to be airing the Bears games. Go have some fun, you won't be disappointed!

This is a great place. I don't really drink much anymore, but I go here for their hand-breaded tenderloins. They're the best tenderloins in the area without doubt. My wife loves the crab Rangoon, too. They have clean bathrooms, there's plenty of parking and the staff is friendly, too. Definitely not the old Victory Tap from years ago. Certainly worth a visit. (Plus they always have copies of THE PAPER on hand to enjoy, which is a plus.)

Been there with Biever Clan, Bonnie Herrli & friends... Positive, friendly atmosphere, prices reasonable, Servers, Bartenders & Management fantastic. Love it!

This establishment, along with others owned by same management, have proven time and time again to be a real asset to the community by example, through various fund raisers, Team Sponsorships, long standing charitible events, donations to kids & Vets, with considerable emphathy for their patrons.

Not enough recognition goes to places like these, so my suggestion would be to "Eat, Drink (responsibly) & be...

the New Victory Tap..this is not your parents's Victory Tap. New owners have replaced tables and chairs, twice the bar space. Clean bathrooms, daily food specials. I had the $10 steak.sandwich on a hogie bun. Price included a shareable basket of golden brown waffle fries. Other special was the black and blue burgers. 3 people that were with me had the burger. Homemade soups, pork tenderloin sandwich with a secret breading . Give this a new try. On Harrison Ave . Give them a try tell them...

Stop in with the Mrs. to get some wings and watch Sunday football for the first time after hearing about this place. First off I just want to say that the wings were indeed amazing. They are huge, they were cooked perfectly, priced fairly, great sauces choices and on and on. Bartenders were friendly, attentative and just were fun to talk with. Lots of tv's for watching the games on any GameDay. Surprised we have never been there before . We both agreed we will be back for sure...
