Ok here's the thing. Their products are innovative, stylish and functional...until they break. I ordered two of their Eclipse outlets, which flip a solid cover over to reveal power outlets and USB ports, for a large table and the installation and function were great. Unfortunately, some of the plastic mechanisms in the unit broke which means even though the unit still flips it doesn't stay locked in position. That wouldn't be so bad except, as helpful as their customer service wanted to be, they couldn't(wouldn't) replace the unit easily. The real letdown was in a response email in which they stated "They are aware of this issue with the Eclipse and...believe a re-design is in the works." So they know there's an issue, sell it anyway, and then fail to replace the units that break. I wish these units worked the way they're shown because they are so innovative and great for workspaces. But until they get their issues figured out, both with design and customer service, I would recommend staying...

This company doesn’t recognize the difference between “configured” and “customized.” There is absolutely no reason why I should be stuck with a power/USB outlet that does not fit my kitchen island it was intended for. I’ve called, emailed and left additional messages and haven’t gotten anywhere. The only response I’ve received is “no returns because it’s a custom piece.” Which is complete nonsense considering it’s a 2-port power outlet with power and usb - only the most popular configuration available. Multiple requests for a manager or ownership have all gone unanswered.

Not only did I pay a RIDICULOUS $400 for two outlets but over $100 in shipping for items that weigh practically nothing.

I purchased several of the Ellora in surface power units. First purchase was 2 years ago and the next purchase was 2 months ago, to match the units first purchase. The customer service and quality of the products is excellent. The recent order was processed and fulfilled pretty quick too. I was very please to be able to purchase products made in USA.
