The Junction at Rockledge — Local services in Rockledge

I will start off by saying that the grounds and property are beautiful. In my honest review, this place is not worth the money. There are cobwebs everywhere when you walk the grounds of the property, leaving you with webs all over your face and body, there are spiders all over the place as well as palmetto bugs in the units. I am guessing this is due to where the property was built. They cleared out an entire area of wetlands and there is a lake in the back, so the creatures there were there first and that is why they are everywhere on the property. They should have named the property "Bug Junction" There is a dog park and dog spa to wash your pet. The dog park is a nice size, but the dog spa is not anywhere near ready for use. I believe this property opened up in March and it's July and still not available. Sprinkles come on and flood the sidewalks so when you are walking by, you are stepping in puddles on the sidewalk. The rules for the pool kinda suck. You are only allowed two guests per resident, which means say good bye to having a good time with friends during holidays or get togethers because who can have a fun gathering with friends and family when you can only bring two. There is also surveillance around the entire pool area and inside of the clubhouse so you feel like you are being watched while trying to have a good time. Overall, it's an ok place but def not...

I genuinely cannot wait to move out of this place! I agree with Jay Lingle.

The pest/bug problem is nonstop — I’ve submitted multiple pest control requests and nothing ever gets resolved. We have basically given up trying. Elizabeth (the PM) is rude and unprofessional, and it’s clear there’s a serious lack of training for her. For how much they charge, it’s just not worth it. Just come walk the grounds-you’ll see all of the nastiness surrounding these buildings. Residents are still waiting for pressure washing-it’s been months.

As someone who works in property management, I would never recommend this community to anyone. And I refuse to. Knowing the statutes and the laws regarding tenant rights-The condition of these units and how things are handled here is unacceptable. I also can’t help but question the overly glowing reviews — they don’t match the experience most of us are having. They must be paying for reviews.

The customer service here is amazing if I could give this place 10 stars I would. As soon as I walked through the door It was a friendly welcoming. I had Ellie show me around and she was just so patient, kind, caring and understanding of what I wanted. She showed me a few apartments and answered all my questions that I had and even showed me the apartments twice that I wanted to see. When I gave her my budget not once did she try to make me go over my budget she sat there and helped me calculate all the prices and showed me the final price with no hidden fees. Filling out the application I met with Mrs Tabitha and Abigail I think her name was and they were just so friendly and sociable and just love getting to know their guest and helping them in anyway possible. They are very understanding of the military ways. You can definitely tell that this team not only takes care of the property well but they also make sure their guest our taken care...
