Honestly, if I could put zero stars, that would be a more suitable option. If you hope to be valued as a customer & get what you asked for- Longwood Signworks is NOT the place to go. Absolutely awful customer service. After a loved one of mine asked the owners to correct an error they made or give him a refund, the owners proceeded to talk down to this individual, even saying “I cannot handle this,” talking about the customer, in front of the customer. (Unprofessional & Inexcusable!!) For perspective- this person was a regular & loyal customer of Longwood’s who has given them a good bit of business & even referred MANY new customers their way. The sign was made out of specification... an error on Longwood’s part - but the customer was treated as if his request to fix the mistake was not only inconvenient but also out of line. No business is perfect and that was never the expectation - but feedback from paying customers should not be received so offensively. They told us 3-5 days notice would be perfect. 3 weeks later and 2 trips to measure our sign then the day before they were to install the sign they emailed to say they could not do the sign. This really is the part that irritates me. We talked to them 3 times during the week and even the morning that they emailed us. They never mentioned it until it was to late.
