Dollar General — Local services in Rogers

Conny really keeps it going quickly!! She’s a hard worker and really has great customer experience!! Her staff is friendly and extremely helpful! We call it a mini Wally World because they have just about everything a person needs in this small town called Rogers, Texas. Items are always well stocked along with a variety to choose from. AND there’s not one time myself or other customers are asked to shoe an ID for tobacco products and such. I appreciate them doing their job to keep it Legal here in Central Texas. I've lived out here for 3 years so I've gotten to know most of the employees and they're all usually very kind and helpful except the new lady that came from Cameron. She constantly disappears and then you end up standing their waiting for several minutes and she tries to blame it on others who aren't there. Poor customer service! As a regular DG customer, I never have issues shopping and using their digital coupons but the store in Rogers, Texas was a terrible experience. They would not honor the current coupons and had no idea how to use them. The manager was rude and untrained in store management. Left the store without my items...
