Apple Market — Local services in Rogersville

My husband and I were shopping for food when we heard an employee in the back of the store saying VERY loudly "Stupid people always living off the government, i swear if i see another person in here with food stamps buying food i'll shoot them!" My husband and I were buying our food with cash, but we were still insulted! How rude of that boy to talk about other customers where they can hear them! Im sure they get most of their sales from customers with some type of government assistance. He then went on to complain about how people just need to get a job and blah blah. Well thats not the worst of this store. Everything there is at least 200% more than the price it's marked as. That same day we were walking through the frozen food section and we seen tons of carts full of frozen food just sitting in the middle of the isle, dripping onto the floor! On July 2nd, me and my mom went into this store to pick up a few things for our 4th of July celebration. While checking out, a woman employee came up to inform me that dogs were not allowed in the store. I told her my dog was a service dog. She looked at me and my dog and said word for word “that dog is not a service dog.” I know there are legally 2 questions someone is allowed to ask me in reference to my service dog, and it is most definitely not this women’s place to discriminate and choose whether or not my dog fits her criteria. Please educate your employees on service animals. She never once asked me one of the two questions and she obviously is misinformed on the subject. I ordered online from Apple Market on March 15th, they charged my credit card and then canceled my order the next day saying my card was declined but it wasn't, they charged me for it and 8 days later the money is still being held as a pending transaction because they have not released it and my bank said it could be another 3 days. This is so crazy that they can charge it, not deliver the order and then prevent me from using the money for 11 days ???
