Sterling Market — Local services in Rollin Township

UPDATE: my mother n law suggested I try them again. She told me they were under new staff and management. I was sceptical. I ordered a couple of days ago and again yesterday and wow! What a turn around! Amazing, kind, friendly, service both times. The toppings weren't skimped this time. Pricing did go up but so has everything. So happy they turned things around. We love their pizza again! I will be returning as a customer as well as my family.

They use to have good customer service. Up until this last year. I gave them a break because I understand things happen. Today was the last. I called 45mins ago. I ordered food. My son needs to eat before bed. Which I wanted to lay him down at 7. My husband goes to pick it up and they couldn't find it. He leaves. As he's about to exit they said oh we found it. It's going to be another 45mins. I'm really upset at this point. I called in calmy and explained what happened. I was passed down to 3 different people That had no idea what to do. Then the lady said call in the morning and ask for whoever. A manager should be there. I'm not paying full price and waiting for a Manger to reimburse. I said forget the pizza. I ordered from another location that had a 15 min wait. Absolutely ridiculous! I like there pizza but I'm sick of the terrible service. They're pizza is overpriced and not as good as...

Whoever the new hires in the pizza place are need to be trained better. Being rude the second you answer the phone and then continuing your conversation with whoever it was wasn’t professional at all. Taking an attitude when I asked if I could place an order was also not professional. Then proceeding to refuse part of my order because “it’s in the heater near the front” instead of making it to order with the order. Yes I would prefer food that has sat in a warmer all day over fresh product. There was zero reason to act so rude, definitely will not be returning anytime soon. Use the pizza place next door, they can at least speak with their customers respectfully and make the entire order as it...

The cashier , Faith, was extremely helpful, and pleasant to chat with. The gas is usually more expensive here than the competitors around, but sterlings is conveniently close, a local business , and they have plenty of pumps and space to move. They also have convenience items inside such as bananas and other groceries (meat, deli, bread, ice cream, etc) , which are definitely overpriced , but it's better than traveling to the city for...
