I contacted Karen on a Monday. My wedding was the following Friday. 5 days away. I needed a good 2-3 inches taken off the front of my gown. The part that needed shortened was full of very detailed lace. To be honest, I was scared to death to trust someone I didn't know and had never worked with, to do such major work to my wedding dress, in such short time. She made it seem like all that work would be no big deal. We left her shop after 8pm Monday evening. She messaged me Wednesday afternoon that she was already done with it. So not only did she willingly extend her hours in the late evening for me, she was friendly, she did the work quickly, she was extremely fair in her pricing, and most importantly, she did AMAZING work. You would seriously NEVER know that my gown had been altered! I live more than an hour away from her shop. But if I ever need alterations again, I will absolutely be visiting Inn Stitches again,...

I needed a small patch and mend on a new denim shirt jacket I purchased. Proprietor wasn't in when I called but the service was friendly and prompt. I dropped off the jacket with instructions. The turn-around time wasn't critical since I didn't need it done right away, but it only took a few days and then I heard back from her.
