Subway — Restaurant in Rome City

This Subway is horrible!! I have gone twice in the last 2 weeks. I was hoping the 1st time was just a bad day. Nope! Both times the the bread has been unchewable. Like it was made then reheated in the microwave. I have asked for little sauce and then they squeeze the whole bottle on the sandwich. The sandwich itself is oozing so much sauce that you can't east it without getting it everywhere. The service was terrible. They were more concerned with a previous customer who bought 3 sandwiches and several drinks filling up her own Yeti cup with ice and water (since they didn't have any water cups and wanted to charge $1.89 for a cup) that I had to repeat what I wanted on my sandwich several times. Saying we don't make the rules we just enforce them. How about being good a making sandwiches that cost $10. I didn't even want to mark a star. This used to be a place I would visit 3 times a week. ...

On Sunday August 6th I went an for early lunch. The sub was good but the bread was under baked. I can live with that. What I can't live with is the teenager who waited on me was giggling and making fun of me with a worker right around the corner. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. This is not the first time this same teenager has acted this way. She didn't want to serve me. She also didn't wash her hands. It might not be a big deal to anyone else but I won't pay subway to bully and make fun of me.
