When I ordered the laptop everything was on point, the computer looked as good as new, it was fast, secure, and overall had great quality. There was an issue with my hard drive in which I thought they wrongly shipped it with 120 gb instead of 1tb as I ordered it, I wrote a poor review here and within minutes I was reached, we exchanged emails and after a very amicable conversation the whole deal was sorted out, they seemed genuined concerned and helpful during the entire process.

If you're having an issue with your hard drive is surprisingly easy to fix and reaching them first on their email should be the first thing you do. I'm very happy with my computer and would gladly recommend them and use them again.
