Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Romulus

I am one of the secret shoppers and I really did have a bad experience today (this morning at 825am on May 12th). When I pulled up to the drive-thru I ordered a number 11 they proceeded to tell me they didn't have hash browns that goes into the wrap. So I said okay give me a minute and let me figure out what else do I want. The lady at the drive-thru proceeded to rush me so she gave me an option and I took the option because I didn't want to feel like I was holding up the line. I proceeded to order a orange juice they didn't have no more of that or the tim boosts. It seems like they were out of everything. So I chose the lemonade when I got to the window the lady opened the window snatched my card swiped it and damn near threw my food and drink at me and slammed the window like I was the problem. She was an older lady with a different color shirt on than the staff so she may be the manager, she was wearing glasses and her hair was matted and it was black and gray (I didn't get her name) but You do not have to worry about me coming back to this Tim Hortons. If they can't handle it then they shouldn't be running out...

if i could give this place -3 stars, i would. i’ve gone here a couple times in the morning before work because this is the closest tim hortons to my job and i order the same thing every time which is A plain bagel toasted with onion and chives cream cheese, a chocolate chip muffin, and a medium vanilla iced coffee 1x1. the muffin is always good, the bagel is always cold like as if they don’t toast it, just cut it and put the cream cheese on it. don’t get me started with that coffee, I used to work at a tim hortons for yearssss so i know what old iced coffee tastes like. it literally just taste like coffee grounds, No flavoring, no nothing, it looks like they put a dash of cream in there and served it to me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time I went there because they were busy however, the last two times I went there my coffee was disgusting, I literally gagged. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had mold growing in where the iced coffee goes. I swear I’m not even being dramatic that iced coffee taste like it’s been sitting there for two weeks. needless to say, I will not be coming back to this...

So I decided to go to this Tim Hortons at about 4 o’clock in the morning to get a medium coffee and a plain bagel. First of all. I waited about six minutes on a bagel. I am the only person in the line. No customers are behind me, nor in front of me there are two people inside the store, I get my coffee which is perfectly fine and then I get my bagel with globs of butter and a glob of cream cheese included with strands of hair. You can just imagine how disgusted I was when I decided to bite my Bago and there is hair.😡 this is not the first bad experience with this Tim Hortons. This will be the last time I ever in my life visit this Tim Hortons very unsanitary experiences here careless workers in the morning for sure I can only speak about. I’ve had dirty cups things in my cups and I have reported this and left messages countless numbers of times, this place need better workers to be sanitized and organized until then I will never spend money at the Tim...
