Lazy people working over here. Everyone working here remember that you are working for yourself not others, if u don’t like your job, quit and someone else will take over. I picked up a load from here. Checked in at 1pm, the gatehouse checkin doesn’t understand English, secondly she doesn’t know how to checkin properly, i dropped my trailer and went to shipping room for pickup and find no-one there, went to receiving side no-one there, went to driver’s launge and called someone he told me my load was ready and shipping will give me paperwork, went again to shipping only to wait there for 30 minutes and tell me that my paperwork is behind trailer… i hooked my trailer and there was no paperwork as well as they didn’t even closed the door properly and put the seal on. I had to go back to shipping office, wait again for 30 minutes to get new seal and paperwork. And then I want for 2 hours for them to send invoices to clear the customs and after 2 hours checkin again to request them to at least send invoices… they in return sent email to dispatch saying i have been asking them again about invoices. Why would you let me ???? Do your job correctly at once so u don’t force someone? I had to drive in limit of my ELD hours and these idiots ruined my 4 hours and still I’m sitting here. This place is worst of worst. Never coming back here. Anyone visiting Please make sure that pink hair guy is not the one dealing with your shipment. He is a joke on that position. I wish someone serious will look into this matter...

They advocate for mental health with posters plastered all over the place including in bathrooms. I was terminated a week before my schedule appointment with a psychologist which was needed due to all the loses during this pandemic. The conditions of this environment is not made for anyone to prosper. -Bathrooms bathrooms are 7 minutes away from your station. You only have 30 minutes in your shift to do what ever. Image a 10 or 12 hour shift to use the rest room -Water fountains- not conveniently placed more so staggered 2 or 3 now industrials walkways are long Fans- doesn't offer fans at the stations Pay rate $15 an hour now mcdonalds and every where else depends on your county have that same hourly rate Quota 350 picks orders or more an hours You'll be Written up, or termination if you don't reach the quota Machine constantly broken Safety team does not arrive in timely manner more so 3 hours to access a problem Scanners goes out frequency

Overall all the manual and technical difficulties makes this a stressful

Back to mental health fix these problems so the place can be less stressful Increase payrate Install more bathrooms Provide more drinking fountains Saftey team provide proper and working equipment Explain the science to new enrollees behind the amout of pick, stowe, whatever else...

Amazon delivery is HORRIBLE. When they used other shipping services for prime 99% of my deliveries were on time. Now it's more like a 50/50 chance I'll get my package on time and that it'll be delivered to the correct address. Delivery drivers will be right by my house and just leave without delivering my package. Or they don't even get close at all and I get a message that they attempted delivery. One driver decided to put my package and my neighbors package on my other neighbor's porch with their package. They must've known that there was only one package for that address. It seems to me it was done just to save time. They probably expected that person to give the packages to the correct addresses. And there's been other times I've had to find my package with just the little picture they take of someone's porch and a small amount of yard in the background. They also refuse to knock on the door. I even put it in my delivery instructions to please knock, and still inly 1 out like 20 drivers actually does it. I just want to get my packages asap before someone steals them. They have time to snap a picture of the package to protect themselves, but don't care what happens after that. Get it together Amazon, or...
