As residential customer picking up a package here I had the worst possible experience. The place had very poor signage and was hard to find. The entrance that I was meant to use was not marked as a customer entrance. Once I found where I was supposed to go I had to wait several minutes before I was helped even though I was the only customer there. The clerk who eventually helped me was trying to multi-task while I was at the window and I felt I was not high on his priority list. After the clerk processed my paperwork I still had to wait about 10 minutes for them to bring out my package even though I called ahead telling them when I would be there.
All told it took about 28 minutes from the time I got on the property until I had my package loaded in my car. I can't believe this is what passes for customer service for a...
Read moreI called FedEx freight because I was expecting a shipment delivery and needed a delivery window since I had errands to run. I was able to provide shipper name and address, and delivery location name and address. Even having all this info available, they couldn't find it in their system. I decided to risk it and left to run my errands, and before I got back I got a call from the driver wondering where I was. The driver was friendly and capable, I have no complaints about him. But FedEx needs to make it easier to find freight shipments in their system when people call so we can schedule their day around...
