Romulus Lanes — Local services in Romulus

Came here for the first time with my boyfriend around 3pm last week. I'm assuming we were the first bowlers they had that day because they had to turn on the lights and lanes. It was weird though because he only turned on a couple of lights so it was still pretty dark in there lol Also, the garbage can was full, I'm assuming from the night before. Tried to use the restroom - 1 stall was out of order, the other was dirty and there was no lock on the door... Some music while bowling would have been nice, but instead it was quiet except the people in the bar talking 😅 lol Overall, I don't think we'll be back...

Went to go bowling and right off the start has an issue with the lanes. The pin setter stopped working. Moved to another set, and had an issue with the ball return. Soon after fixing that issue, the three pin stopped getting set. I appreciated the gentleman that was working because he kept having to go back and fix the issues. However, there were a lot of issues that came up in the one hour of bowling that was purchased. The price was great tho, will not complain about that. Just need to work on the lane maintenance...

Went there to bowl a few games while I was in town. They were slow and short staffed, so the alley was closed. That’s OK. Buttttt wait, they opened alley for just me to bowl 3 games. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who did that, but thank you! Kelly behind the bar was awesome too. Fellow ‘72 baby. Thank you for your hospitality. Good luck in league tomorrow, Kelly.
