From the moment I drove a short distance from Bubbies Pizza to my home, I knew I was in for something special. The aroma alone—that was emanating from the cheese bread and meat lovers pizza was enought to make my mouth water. But the pizza? Oh, the pizza! It was a masterpiece. Perfectly cooked and topped with a good amount of ingredients. Oh my dear God in heaven! We actually have a great pizza place in Romulus. A town with only several hidden gems! We need more! As I said, I opted for meat lovers so try and see the quality of ingredients and amount of toppings and it lived up to its name. The crust was perfectly bubbly, had that delightful texture and flavor that only comes from expertly handled dough. The pizza sauce was bright and yet dark, bursting with great flavor. The cheese blend was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, ans was clearly of the highest quality. And the quality and quantity of meats they put on the pizza just tied everything together beautifully. Every bite was just amazing burst of textures and flavors. The balance was impeccable, a testament to the pizza chef's dedication to using only the finest ingredients and time-honored techniques. The service was equally impressive—warm and friendly. This isn't just a pizza place; it's an experience. It's a place where you can taste the passion and craftsmanship that goes into every pie. I have had Bubbies Pizza a few different times now. I’ve tried the regular pizzas and the PBR and both were delicious. The cheese bread was just as good and their ranch is one of the best I’ve had. Recently, I found out they do all types of catering and decided to use them for my baby shower and they did not disappoint. We did 3 different kinds of sandwiches and the meat and toppings on there were piled on and the bread was so soft and I loved the baked cheese on top of it. The portions were very filling (one sandwich was about the size of my 10 year olds head lol) and even the next day when warming up the bread it was still just as soft and fresh tasting. We also did mixed fruit bowls and there were a lot of different fruits in there and you could tell it was nice fresh fruits. The dip that went with it was sweet but not overly sweet and very light. A few people mistook the fruit dip for salad dressing and said it was even good on the salad lol. They delivered the food to our venue for us and had everything you would need, plates, silverware napkins and sauces. Bubbies is hands-down phenomenal! This small, family-run pizza place has quickly become a favorite in our household, and for good reason. Every visit feels like you're being welcomed into someone’s home, and every bite tastes like it’s made with love.

The crust is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, their sauce is rich and flavorful without being overpowering, and the cheese… ooey-gooey perfection. You can tell they care about their ingredients and their craft.

What makes Bubbies really special, though, is the heart behind it. The family who runs it is incredibly friendly and hardworking. You can see the pride they take in every pizza they serve.
