Terrible service. Today, February 19, 2025, two employees treated us very arrogantly. We called the gas station in advance and they told us the shower was working, and when we got there, they wouldn't let us take a shower. We drove two hours to the place after work hours. We paid for the shower and they didn't give us our money back! This is outrageous! The manager needs to do something about this and about these two employees. 2 AM in the morning signs on the doors saying showers are down. But yet there was one available for me to select. I told him let me just check. Maybe it’s an error. Sure enough the last clean shower. I asked if they were down or just didn’t have anybody to clean them. He said it was just him. I walked past the laundry room and there’s a staff member in there sleeping on the table Lol mind you I got one of the last showers available. What a shame.
