I recently visited Sunnyside and felt compelled to share my disappointment regarding the absence of public restrooms. As a customer, access to a clean and convenient restroom is an essential aspect of any establishment. Unfortunately, my experience at Sunnyside left much to be desired in this regard.
During previous visits, Sunnyside had provided indoor restrooms as well as outdoor portable bathrooms, which were greatly appreciated. However, it was disheartening to discover that on my recent visit, no restroom facilities were available for customers. This sudden change was both unexpected and inconvenient, particularly considering the investment made in portable bathrooms in the past.
Access to a restroom is crucial, not only for comfort but also for hygiene and overall customer satisfaction. The absence of this basic amenity at Sunnyside negatively impacted my experience and that of other customers. It is essential for businesses to recognize the importance of providing accessible restroom facilities to maintain a positive customer experience.
I hope that Sunnyside will reconsider their decision and reinstate public restrooms for the convenience and satisfaction of their patrons. Taking this step would greatly enhance the overall customer experience and demonstrate a commitment to meeting the needs of their clientele.
In conclusion, my recent visit to Sunnyside was marred by the absence of public restrooms, despite their previous provision. I sincerely hope that the management will address this issue promptly, as it is a crucial aspect of any business that values customer comfort and...
Read moreProbably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. For a dispensary manager, the guy is obscenely uptight, and downright rude and disrespectful.
I was yelled at by the manager and told to wait outside in the cold for the fault of expressing surprise that my valid ID (which they had previously accepted in the exact same condition), would not be accepted. I did not raise my voice and was completely compliant, yet the manager decided to escalate the matter for no reason other than the fact that he lacks the people skills to work in this kind of environment.
If you want to be treated like a customer or human being, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Edit: I’d also like to clarify that my issue is not the fact that they didn’t accept my valid ID, nor even the fact that I was told to wait outside in the cold despite being completely compliant. These things can be explained away by strictness of policy, which is fine albeit inconvenient. My issue is having been so utterly disrespected in the process. The manager of this dispensary needs to be gone yesterday, as he seems to be incapable of interacting with customers without smug, ugly condescension. I was a loyal customer, and would have continued to be if I had not been treated so poorly. For whatever a stranger’s word is worth, I recommend you find another dispensary lest a single issue comes up and you may be forced to interact with...
Read moreNEVER going to this location again. I NEED handicap parking as I have walking disability. Got to location and was stopped by guard who could not speak English and just pointed to side of building repeatedly. I explained several times I did not understand what he was saying. Then he brought me in, had me stand in the line with line of people. A woman in the line explained that she was surprised to have been directed to wait in a different room on other end of building. The guard walked back in, then motuoned I had to follow him to presumably leave to stand in a room on other side of building to wait, then I would have to walk all the way back. I have handicap placard for a reason and CANNOT do all this walking. Will make the longer drive to Rockford where they are much better organized. Minimally you should have someone who speaks English so whatever it is they are trying to do is communicated in a clear way. Pointing to end of building tells me nothing. And to expect someone with a handicap placard on their truck that parked in the handicap space at front of building as they have medical issues verified by doctor as mandated by law for getting a placard and expect them to walk all over the place is simply unacceptable. Why have a handicap space at front of store if you have to walk elsewhere???? NEVER AGAIN! I will happily get my items needed to relieve my pain without need of opiods...
