Nickel Bowl — Local services in Roseburg

So I stop in for a spin on the Lottery Machines, and before I even sit down the "Employee" behind the counter tells me there are kids in the building and I need to close the doors (bat wing doors that don't swing shut on their own) I hadn't touched them but I closed them anyway. A few minutes later the "Employee" pops his head through the doors and scolds a lady that just sat down about. Losing the doors or he will disconnect the games. She said okay even though she hadn't touched the doors when She came in. A couple people come and go and I'm doing pretty good. Had just started a bonus round at max bet, when My machine disconnects. I look over and the doors are stuck wide open. 1 at a time the machines disconnect and kick the people playing them. I step out into the lobby and the "Employee" acts like he's busy fixing something behind the counter and ignores me when I mention the machines disabling themselves. Finally at the expense of raising my voice the "Employee" notices I have a ticket to cash out but pretends to not hear me when I mention the machines not working. I cashed out and left. This was 5 minutes ago. I will not come back. Ever. If the "Employee" working right now is manager/owner or anything more than a grunt, He needs to pull his bottom lip over his head and swallow. AND IF YOU WANT BAT WING DOORS TO WORK RIGHT, INSTALL THEM RIGHT!!!!!! I might visit again if I ever hear that our Prize Winning "Employee" was terminated, but I doubt that...

I took me and my girl here a week ago because we like to bowl. When we showed up everything was cool, after awhile the lane we used stopped working so I go to ask for help from an employee. When I go to the front desk noone was there. I wait for about 5 minutes before an angry dude walks up and gives me attitude, I ask for help with my lane and he says it shouldn't be not working and asked what I did to make it not work and made me feel like it was my fault. After he fixed it we finished our game and tried to pay. they said I owed $40 for 2 people?? Total scam I've never been to a bowling alley this shady and unwelcoming. Wish I could give 0 stars won't...

The employee(south umpquas bowling coach ) was rude anytime we needed something he looked at us like we were stupid for asking and it was an inconvenience to him, refused to let the kids use the ramp to bowl said it was too close to league and technically it's for the handicapped. I booked this party a month in advance my daughter loves bowling she's 5 and not being able to use the ramp really discouraged her from playing. This was the first time we've come here and had problems.. I'll never use or suggest this place to anyone unless there are different...
