My husband and I made the trip in to see Frank and Jason a few months ago. We had been discussing buying a new bed for a while, as our old mattress was turning 15 years old and we just weren't sleeping so great. Frank and Jason both remembered us from when we bought our old mattress and bedroom set at McMahans 15 years prior. We took our time and did plenty of research on some of the new models of mattresses. Then, with Frank and Jason's help, we finally decided on a Tempurpedic split king with the adjustable frame. It took a few weeks for our new bed to be shipped (because Covid), but it was definitely worth the wait. Delivery was prompt, and professional. We stopped in the store this afternoon to thank the guys in person because we appreciate all the time they spent with us, and the effort they put into helping us find the right bed. Our mattress was so uncomfortable that we needed to trade it in. However, that was a month ago and we still have not received the new mattress. The reversible pillow top was amazing. Next time we buy a mattress it will be somewhere that has the products we are interested in. Jason Frank is friendly, just not too keen on their policy to switch to a more comfortable mattress.
