I'm totally appalled!!! I was delivering papers to the courthouse for work and saw a kid close to overdosing...No one wants to get involved in anything. They act like they don't see anything and keep moving. He was so close to falling out. The security said to him you better get out of here before we call the police. The kid had no idea who he was or where he was. Instead of rendering assistance they wanted the junkie gone. ( how do They really know it was an OD? ( I'm trained)maybe he didn't have his insulin)I'm sorry..He's someone's child son father brother etc. A judge, lawyer bailiff all walked passed n stuck their noses up in the air. What in the heck kind of people are we anymore?? MY 1st thought was this kid needs HELP. I had my Narcan and if he would have fallen out I was prepared to help. I called an ambulance, they were calling the police. What would a cop do with a dead kid? I was so angry. I bet these are the same type of people who have children who are addicts and turn their backs on them until they get that dredded phone call and want to cry and boohoo when their child is gone.if someone walked past their child when they were having a medical emergency they'd be suing everyone involved. You should all be ashamed of yourselves you know who you are @ the Kelso ave. Court house!!. Tammy Wright....
