Astro Jump Party Rentals NE Baltimore — Local services in Middle River

We hired Astro for our son’s 5th birthday party on 5/1 and we were beyond pleased. I emailed with a couple of companies before choosing Astro. From the beginning their communication and customer service was top notch! Jessica answered all of my questions and got back to me quickly which helped me make my decision to choose Astro. Also, they were the only company that stated that they are thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing each rental after use. I will say the difference was clear. We had been to another birthday party the week before and the bounce house had “that smell.” The smell of sweat and dirt and not being cleaned. Our bounce house from Astro however did not smell at all! It looked and smelled clean which made me feel even better about my decision. Finally, they dropped off at 730 am when we needed it by 12 (we were first on the drop off route) which only made me feel like I got more than my monies worth and made my son super happy to try it out at 8 am!!! They came back to pick it up around 7:30 pm exactly when they said they would and the driver communicated when he was on his way for both delivery and pick up. I can’t say enough good things. Called them about 2weeks prior to our event and they worked really hard to fit us in at the last minute during a holiday weekend. From the first phone call the girls on the other end were amazing. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and came thru for my little girls birthday event.

They had everything to make the event flawless. Air jump, tables, chairs, games for the kids to play. I got everything I needed at one place and for an amazing price!

From beginning to end my experience was wonderful! Nice professional staff Shannon Joseph, and Jennifer. They made sure I had everything I needed and the price was reasonable. This was my first time renting I am so pleased with the entire experience. My family was also impressed with the equipment and service they couldn't stop asking for the company's information.
