Heart and Home Flowers — Local services in Round Rock

I placed an order online on 2/13 for a Valentine's Day delivery of flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries. I attempted to reach someone by phone after my order was placed so I could verify a timeframe since there was no way to schedule a time online. I called multiple times and left a voicemail each time, but never reached anyone. Had I known there was no way to verify a timeframe or reach someone by phone, I never would have placed the order. Around 6:00pm on Valentines Day, the flowers still had not arrived so I called to request a refund, but again no answer. The flowers did finally arrive (sometime before 7pm) and my wife answered the door so I could not reject the order. The flowers were decent but there were some damaged pieces. The strawberries were well wrapped and tasted great, but crowded to one side of the box so not a great presentation. Overall, the flowers and strawberries were acceptable, but highly overpriced for the lack of customer service that was provided. Bottom line, I could have bought the same flowers and chocolate dipped strawberries at HEB and the product would have been better quality and I would not have had to wonder when or if my wife was going to receive her gift, and it would have been a fraction...

Heart & Home Flowers are lifesavers!! I called Saturday afternoon May 19th around 2:30pm and spoke with Angela (I apologize if that’s not your correct name). I had ordered a coursage and boutonnière from 1-800-Flowers 2wks prior for my sons Band Banquet on the 19th. When the “florist” arrived, the boutonnière was missing and the coursage looked like it had been pulled from the trash. I was so disappointed and before I took off to HEB to try & put a makeshift coursage together, I googled florists who may still be open. I can’t believe my luck in finding Heart & Home!! Even at 2:30 in the afternoon Angela was so extremely compassionate to my story and said she’d be able to help me out, I’m sure most places would have just told me I was to late!! I looovvee this place!!! She said to give her about an hour and when I got there both the coursage & Boutonniere was absolutely gorgeous, they even matched the ribbon to the gown color!!! You all really know what Customer Service is all about and I will make sure to spread...

Was looking for that right Birthday bouquet for my fiancée's birthday and found it here . Lisa , the owner not only helped me find the right bouquet but added special detail to it mainly pink roses which helped capture my fiancée's eyes to it . She loved it ! But what I really have to compliment Heart and Home Flowers on as well was at the last minute I was called to a meeting in which I could not deliver her birthday cake , more balloons and a stuffed animal to her place of work . I called them and explained my dilemma to them and they went beyond the call of duty by delivering these things along with the flowers , even placing a nice red ribbon around the cake . I was so appreciative and owe them so much for their welcomed help and giving my fiancée a memory to cherish . Thanks to all at Heart and Home Flowers as me and my fiancée are Grateful and so Appreciative...
