Purchased my first computer from Ironside PC sometime around September, 2015, and all I can say is wow! My PC order is 2715 and if you're interested in seeing my computer online, you should check out the company's youtube channel.
Anyways, here's my story! My PC cost me around $5k, which is pretty reasonable considering its all custom done, offers a 3 year full-protection year, and it's much cheaper than Digitalstorm computers and etc. Overall, my experience was great until just a month ago my computer suffered a minor leak on the bottom, one of the graphics card got faulty as well as the sound card. After all the exhaustive work and gaming, I put the computer through, personally, I'm not surprised. Literally, day and night gaming and working for at least 17 hours a day. Fortunately, I still had a year left of that godsend warranty and it turned out to be a real boon. I sent the computer back and they repaired every single thing that was wrong with the computer and then some: they even installed windows 10 for me after I asked them.
This is where my luck met a fork in the road. On an afternoon on Saturday, I see the UPS guy carrying my computer case, and then he just drops it on the floor like it's some rag doll. I can tell you one thing, I wasn't all the happy, and I wanted to rip the guy apart. After taking the computer inside, I opened and discovered that the interior of my computer was completely unscathed but on the right side of my computer there was a 3cm indentation. Yea, I was completely forlorn about the battering my computer sustained but at least the interior was very VERY well protected; I'm serious about it; every inch was protected with bubble wrap. Do I care about the picayune superficial damage, you may ask? To a minor extent, yeah, but there's nothing duct tape can't fix! Lmao, yea it may look shabby on the outside but the interior is all that matters.
Overall, I am completely ecstatic that Ironside fixed all my problems that wrecked havoc on my computer, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Not many companies offer an inclusive 3-full year warranty with such great coverage; therefore, from my personal experience with the company, I assure you that they are one the most reliable and respectable gaming computer companies out there.
Postscript: I would like to thank Gordon, a customer service representative, and the entire faculty for my helping me a lot throughout the entire process! Cheers :)
But out of all honestly, it's so much less stressful to buy an insured computer than worry about fixing it yourself after you identify that pesky problem. Have a good night! I know I will when I'll be dreaming tonight about beating up that jackass that dropped...
Read moreEdit 3: I sent my pc back to them again for the 4th time on the 14th of April 2025 to have my mobo replaced as it was “part of a bad batch”, I received my pc today April 18 2025 had it for less than 8 hours and already it’s gonna have to get sent back for you guessed it more issues they had it for a total of 2 days there’s no way they tested the pc after replacing my motherboard, I now have a desk weight that I have to send back to them for the 5th time during the 7 month period I’ve owned it to be serviced again, they’ve had my pc more than I’ve even had it at this point even after rebuilding the entire pc we continue to have issues upon issues I’ve run out of patience for them, and believe me I’ve been VERY patient with them pc doesn’t even have display anymore went into rest mode as any pc does after a certain amount of time after it came back on I had no task bar I reset it now it has no display and is in an endless loop of resetting and blue screening.
Edit 2: so after my last edit they offered to rebuild my pc for me free of charge if running into some corrupted hardware fine and dandy so you’d think they rebuild my pc upgrade my mobo and gpu free of charge(they didn’t have my gpu in stock so that’s fine) I get the brand new pc with new mobo gpu ram and case have it for three weeks and the motherboard goes bad after having crashing issues out of nowhere I now have to warranty my pc again for a 4th time this is getting to be ridiculous so far In less than a year I’ve had to send my pc back 4 times so it’s spent almost as much and or more time in their facility than it has on my desk being used let me say it again 4 times I’ve had to warranty this pc which is now a completely new pc after the rebuild i appreciate the effort that went into the rebuild but im starting to lose my patience with how many issues i keep having with the computers they send me i barely get to enjoy the damn thing before having issues again the customer service fantastic the product in my experience absolutely terrible.
Edit: Sent my pc back to them they replaced the cpu and ram sent it back (side note I asked for a new shipping box they said they would give me on but never did not super mad about it) I’ve had the pc for less than a week and I already have lights on my motherboard for cpu and ram again as well as the pc taking forever to boot back up out of rest mode which is how all of this started so I’m confused how anything they replaced actually fixed it at all when we’re right back to the same issues not to mention the loud vibrating noise I get from my power supply when it turn the...

They mentioned not receiving my message below. They offered to take back the PC or work with me on the other outstanding issues but by that time I had taken care of them. Their customer support (Mackenzie) took good care of my issues. She responded promptly to and was very helpful. Changing rating because everything was taken care of and the PC is working great.
I sent this to Ironside after my experience. I never heard anything from them.
"I don't know how this really is going to help but I ordered the Nyanners Gold PC back on November 3rd. I got it this past Friday the 29th. I unboxed everything and found that my PC case had a defect (almost like braille on the cosmetic case insert exterior) . I wasn't going to be too picky and was just wanting to get things set up and working so I let it slide. Then I get everything plugged in and I keep getting a BSOD and the PC is going through a boot loop. BSOD codes were Driver_Verifier_DMA_VIOLATION and PHASE1_INITALIZATION_FAILED. I work in IT, and this wasn't my first rodeo, so I unseated the graphics card and reseated it thinking something got jossled during shipment. I checked all the plugs and powered it back up. Still getting BSOD. I then downloaded the Windows 11 ISO and ran a repair. Thank goodness I got it working. I finally had time today to actually start setting up all my software and found that Windows wasn't licensed. I saw the sticker on the back of the PC and licensed it myself.
I see that you have a checklist where you validate that everything has been checked with multiple levels of validation. I also noticed that the builder and the person checking the work are the same person and initials. I work in IT and the whole point of me getting a PC with Ironside was because of reputation so I didn't have to mess with setup when I was already working a full-time IT job. I didn't mind the upcharge if I knew I was getting a quality product I didn't have to mess with and could plug and play. This isn't what the experience has been. If you want pictures of the case damage, BSOD, and Windows licensing I can provide those. Like I said, I can't go back in time and undo my purchase and I doubt you are going to do anything, but maybe take this feedback and find what can be done to improve so it doesn't happen to someone else. I'm not mad, I am just...
