PLEASE READ IMPORTANT. My time of working at Doublecreek was great I loved my job I loved working with the residents until Diane became Executive Director multiple good hard working staff members quit we were always understaffed the wellness directors donât last not even 30 days multiple on multiple residents moved out and a lot has passed away since her being there she does not engage or care for the residents if you tell her anything she just brushes it away she tells us to basically ignore the residents that are complaining or not satisfied she doesnât care she is just there for the money she will sweet talk family members and she hired a close friend of hers that is sales so they can make things up to get people in and once your family member is moved in she will not give a care in the world for them we wonât even know anything about the resident have to figure everything out on our own or sometimes we wouldnât even know a new resident was there they care so much about money and not the residents that they will move residents that should be in memory care into assisted living side even residents that are bed written and need more assistance that should not be in that facility where they are not getting the actual care they need that place is so understaff now that residents will be sitting in pools of pee and there poop for hours donât get showers barely medication late and wonât get the right services they need.
she will put on a image and a fake smile when corporate or higher ups are in the building if they are not all she does is sit that office she racially profiled the housekeepers that were there for years before she came all because they barely spoke English made them feel so uncomfortable they quit she talks horrible and disrespectful about her employees cusses at them and even yelled in an employees face because she wouldnât give the code to the front door to a family member which we are not suppose to and Diane gives it to the families there, was a man trying to break in overnight asking for a safe and to get into the ed office she never answered her phone just wiped it under the rug the next day when told, there was a weekend where she had the on call phone where she did not answer but about 3 times of that whole weekend and there were residents going to the hospital from falls and one day we were even understaffed with no caregivers and only 1 med tech and she didnât answer the phone once overnight employees had to stay until 10am and the assistant was the only person that answered her personal cellphone on her day off and had the care to find coverage.
She is a bully and will target your job make things up and talk horrible about you to other employees making you feel like you have to walk on glass coming into your job I called out having a horrible stomach bug and didnât get no reply no call back and she made up a lie saying she messaged me back to send a doctors note and never did I receive that message or a call back I have ALL THE PROOF even me texting the assistant asking who has the on call phone because I didnât get a reply and she used that to get me fired she targeted me because I was the only employee to stand up for that facility and go to higher ups about her. All them reviews about her is her FAMILY AND FRIENDS that she told to write FALSE REVIEWS ABOUT HER SO THE STARS CAN GO UP and it makes her look like a good person those reviews are not from genuine family members of residents at the facility or employees...

Read moreI had the wonderful opportunity to tour this community for my brother in law. I didn't make an appointment as I wanted to view their day to day operations and engagements with their residents/family members and get a transparent view of a day in the life for their residents. I was greeted warmly and was pleased to see the level of positive energy and activity within the community. Residents were happy and looked well cared for. I asked a resident, "Do you enjoy living here?" She said, "I wouldn't want to live anywhere else." That says so much about the support that she receives on a daily basis.
Jordon was very professional and empathetic to my family's situation. Very knowledgeable and patient, as I probably asked too many questions. I left my tour feeling very informed about their community, staffing, cost, and what to expect should I move forward with their community.
I had the opportunity to meet the Executive Director, who was initially in a meeting when I arrived. Diane took time immediately following her meeting to meet and greet me. My interaction with her was sincere and genuine. I'd toured several communities and she was the only Director throughout that process to extend a sincere welcome. I truly believe that the energy of a community flows from the top. After meeting Diane, what I experienced during my visit in the community made sense.
As my BIL is currently residing out of state, we continue to work to make the best decision for him. After my experience with this community, the residents, staff, and Director, this will be our first choice should we move forward with this area. Very impressed and thankful for...
