Would not recommend. We purchased a new bad boy tractor and implement. Implement was paid for with the purchase of tractor but a “function” was not in stock so tractor had to go back. When the “function” came in, they came to get the tractor and had it for 8 days to install. Not sure why the tractor could not have been picked up when they were ready to work on it when we needed the tractor for farm work. When we attempted to use the new implement when the “function” was installed, it would not work. Upon calling this business, 3 days later due to the weekend, we’re told “oh yeah, I was told that Friday, I’ll order it”….were you not going to call us or order it if we didn’t say anything? Upon this part coming in, I stop to pick it up and am handed an invoice for the part they failed to put on for the implement, which should have been included in the price of the implement that had already been paid for. I was also told that my husband was aware of the invoice and extra charge, which upon speaking to him was a lie. We spent over $30,000 on a new tractor and implement and would expect better business practices from someone with this type business. Spend your tens of thousands elsewhere, dealing with this business and their poor practices isn’t worth...

I have been "shopping around" for a new mower, knowing mine was about to pass on. This is the place to go, the service was incredible, they answered every question I threw at them. Prices are pretty well locked in by Bad Boy mowers but the total package, in my opinion, is the best. I paid a little more than I had thought I would but, this will be my last mower I ever need to buy. I do most of my own maintenance but I trust, based on customers picking up their equipment, they will provide top notch...

I brought in my old Snapper riding mower whose gears were not functioning properly. This was repaired at an excellent price and was also told that the engine was surging and needed carb work.
