Green Valley Lake is a hidden gem located between Arrowhead Lake and Big Bear. My visit was during the winter months. This place is a winter wonderland. If you want to avoid the traffic and crowds of Big Bear I recommend GVL. You wont get the ski reports and left but what you go get is a small town with all the small town charm.
