They definitely take the time to listen to you and make sure they fix your car. They are all super nice and andrea who works the front definitely has what it takes to be the backbone on the company. She is personable, knows what she is talking about and positive customer service attitude. Rich the owner knows what's going on in his shop at all times and can speak to any customer at any given moment and answer their questions.
