I scheduled an appointment for a color and a cut. We had talked about rose gold, but when I got there, she said she didn't have that and showed me a lilac gold color. She had literally told me that she had bought the stuff for rose gold. The lilac was very light like I wanted, so I agreed with that.
She told me she could do that without lightening my hair. Halfway through, she said this is gonna be vibrant.
This is for my husband's graduation, I did not want vibrant. Once it had processed and she was washing it out, she said this was gonna be dark.
That is the OPPOSITE of what I wanted.
I have terrible anxiety, so I paid and left. I haven't had my hair colored in YEARS. I was so excited.
Now I'm devastated. I had virgin hair. Now it's ruined.
When I called a few hours later, she lied about telling me that it would be darker. Then she told me that she would fix it but I would have to pay for the products.
She also said that since i said I liked it when I left that it essentially was my fault.
I have a 3 year old, so it's next to Impossible to do anything like this.
After the way she lied and talked to me on the phone, I don't want her to touch my hair again.
The photo with the shorter hair is what I went in asking for, the photo with longer hair is what she showed me, and the super dark hair is what I got.
I am now out over $100 and will still have to get it fixed. I will NEVER go there again!...
Read moreI bought a tanning package here and tanned for the first time with this salon this week. I’m a regular tanner, but wanted to try this salon as it’s more conveniently located. I went in to bed 3, a 20 minute bed, for my regular amount of time, 20 mins. When I got home, I felt a little burned but wasn’t overly concerned- maybe new bulbs, I thought. By the time I went to bed 3 hours later, my entire back side was bright red with stripes running down where the spacers between bulbs had been. The worst of the burn manifested a day and a half-2 days after tanning, where I was unable to sleep, dress and it hurt to even move. I have blisters and second degree burns down my back. Today I called the salon and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with Penny, who was incredibly unapologetic and said that the burns were my fault- I should have tanned for less time. I told her I always tan for 20 minutes and have never burned like this, but she insisted that it was not their problem. I will certainly not be returning and warn others against...
Read moreI paid for a tanning package here for 30 days but they are closed on Sundays so that is automatically 4 days you don’t get to tan, so basically you’re paying $60 for 26 days… then there are days they don’t have staff to work and they don’t give you those days back either. Pretty much every time I’ve gone in the stand up your feet stick to the floor from it not being cleaned they literally peel off of the machine. The only girl who cleans the beds properly is Natalie every other one of the other girls just put new towels in there and say it’s ready. Also every bed I went to there has multiple bulbs out and they have been for awhile. I definitely do not recommend this place. If I could give them zero...
