My financing sales rep was very quick to throw out information that just wasn’t true after I was approved and chose the mower I wanted. Leaving me in limbo having just signed an agreement to pay for a mower I had no update on at all the whole time it was supposed to have been shipped to their store from GREENSBURG(the sales lady said this a million times). No one had any idea what I was talking about when I would call for an update at Greensburg OR Rushville. Until finally at wits end, five days later, I asked the shop guy, Casey, to please look in the lot for me and tell me if this number matches any mower out there. And sure enough. There it was. Delivered days prior from FRANKLIN. So the shop guy finally after some pressing got me where I wanted. And he delivered it to me that day unscathed.

Bottom line, their communication is horrible. With each other and customers I’m assuming because this was my one and only experience with them. The whole thing was very frustrating.

Koenig Equipment provided me with superior service. My compact tractor stopped running and was not getting fuel. I changed fuel filter, fuel pump, and water separator filter, but still could not start the tractor. I phoned Koenig Equipment and spoke with Teresa who listened to my issue and worked with the service department to schedule an onsite fix. My issue was not a normal service, but Teresa worked out the details on how to get to my tractor and the repair team arrived early the next morning and effected the necessary fix. The repair team not only made the fix - tractor started right up - but the work was pristine…fuel lines perfectly positioned, hose connections perfect, and the work area was immaculate! I called and ordered parts over the phone and was told the day they would arrive. Parts specialist contacted me day of said arrival and let me know parts were in. I went into store and was met with a smile from all employees in my general location. The parts specialist then showed me said part and handed it to me. Part was correct and on time.
