Their website did not work TWICE when I tried to disconnect my power when I moved. I spent forever on hold, never got an answer by phone. They responded to my email by finally disconnecting but still charging me for weeks I wasn't even living in the state of Alabama. Make sure if you're moving it actually worked because they...
