The owner of Appling is very knowledgeable with his products. I had researched the type of stereo I wanted in my car which was a double din and had an idea of what price range it would cost me for everything I wanted on my car. Which also including a back up camera on my Double din stereo. I told him what i needed on my stereo and he showed me a JVC that had everything I wanted and told me the price. It was lower than I expected and it came with a back up camera too. I also told him I wanted it to be hooked up to my steering wheel which i needed so I can't get that distracted when driving. Which my car already had a media button on it. He quoted me $670 and I figured $700 for everything which saved me a few dollars than expected. He told me to bring my car in the next morning I was surprised he could do it the next day. Dropped my car off and waited to hear back they called at 1 and told me it was done. So when I came to get my car and pay for it the guy said I owed 550 that seemed odd when I came in with 700 to pay for it. I asked if he hooked it up to the steering wheel and the back up cameras. He said he did the back up camera but not the steering wheel. I was a little upset about that cause I needed that and I had told the owner that was a big thing I needed on my car so he had to call the owner and ask him about that. The owner did remember I did say that and his guy said he could put it but he wasn't sure when he'd be done with it. Because of Logantel I didn't receive their message saying it was done so I left a message stating I'd be there tomorrow if they didn't get a chance to do it that night. So tomorrow came I called to see if it was done and the owner apologized saying he text me and said it was done last night but yes it was ready. So when I when I came to pick my car up the owner sat with me showing me how to use everything it came with. Which that is why I am giving them a 5 star rating because he took the time to show me how to use it even though he had other customers coming in wanting stuff. That's good business and deserves 5 stars for all of that. And it came to 665 which i came with 700 so more money in my pocket And I'm probably going to go back and get some new speakers put in and this is where I'm going to get it done. Highly...
