My whole family has been shopping here for years. We come here several times a week for years. The other day we purchased a door lock that after trying to install we found out it was defective. So about 20 minutes after we initially purchased it we tried to return it back to the store. We still had the package and receipt. The assistant manager refused to take it back because the packaging was ripped. We explained it was very difficult to open up and the only way we could open was to tear or cut it. She stated that she can't resell it if the packaging is damaged. We asked why she would try to resell a defective item anyway she simply stated no I can't take it back you damaged the packaging when you opened it. Extremely disappointed and frustrated we left. None of us will ever be shopping here again. I hope them few dollars you ripped us off on was worth the countless thousands...

I bought a 20 pair of awesome headphones and it wouldn't hook to the Bluetooth on my phone so I took him back up there without a receipt to exchange them and they did with no problem at all the exchange them and also I bought a new stylis that my dogs had chewed up and she was like that's awesome here you go thr ,33 me my receipt and I was out the dough so thanks a lot Family...
