Godnick's Grand Furniture — Local services in Rutland City

I have purchased a lot of furniture from Godnicks, they've always been very certious. They ordered a new cushion for my couch, when it c!me in they sent me a letter telling me it was at the store I could pick it up anytime, I walk with a cane, so told them as soon as the ice cleared I would be in to pick it up. When I went in I had the misfortune of dealing with a very Rude man who told me they had just called me and the cushion was at the warehouse and I would have to go down there and pick it up. While I was trying talk to him he turned his back and walked away from me, he came back with a paper put it down in front of me and dismissed me. I will never deal with Godnicks again and suggest you also go elsewhere if you want to deal with...

I waited over 2 months (10 weeks ) for a chair that I was told would only take 3 weeks. They never called me to say there had been a delay and when I called them inquiring about it I was treated as a bother rather than a a paying customer. When I finally received the chair the guys that delivered it put it together incorrectly so husband had to figure it out. We have always been pleased with Godnick's but I will.be shopping elsewhere ...
