Claystone Cabinet Company — Local services in Sacramento

I reached out to them on October 11th to have upper cabinets done. On October 17th, I received an email from Rhonda saying they “are a little busy with projects right now. I will check in with them and see where they are at.” I followed up again on October 27 and December 7 and no one has bothered to reply.

It is now December 13th with zero response. I would love to take my business elsewhere but all the cabinet companies in town don’t match their cabinets (be aware of that if your builder is using Claystone). I’m leaving this review so hopefully whoever owns the company knows what’s going on and that business is slipping through...

This company is horrible!! I had my cabinets built and finished by them and the finish is horrible. When the warranty guys came out, they took a drawer and never brought it back. That was three years ago!!! My problems are still not fixed and I still have no drawer and when you call their office all you get is voice messages which are never returned. I guess it’s time for small claims court because we had them out 5 times before the 1 yr warranty was up. This is a pathetic company.
