As usual it was a great visit. I did my order online ahead of time so they were able to get me in and out super quick! Had a great discussion about the Khana edibles with Antonia, who Was a phenomenal: she was very kind but also knowledgeable and helpful. All the “Bud tenders” are super knowledgeable especially if you are a medicinal patient and need help medicating yourself with cannabis. Whether you are a first time user or seasoned professional matters not, for the wondrous light of Symbiotic (formerly SSCC) shines upon all!

Symbiotic is such an amazing place, especially for having so many brands of concentrate for under $30 a gram! Those $25 live resin concentrates are delicious, potent, and saving me a bunch! Thanks for keeping it as affordable as possible! I certainly don’t feel taken advantage of here like at other places I have quested to. Thank you Antonia for all of your help (and thanks for complimenting my art/stickers) You were terrific!

I have been coming here for years and the experience just keeps getting better, and I dare say even more affordable! 5 Stars all day long!! Thanks you for your dedication to your patients/customers! You all ROCK!

Update 01/22/22 Tyrone was AWESOME!! I kind of Freaked out about the FSO being in a syringe, and he took the time to explain to me the plethora of ways that particular concentrate could be used and calmed my worries about the product I obviously wasn’t familiar with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was excited to be able to assist me. I always get the best service here!

Update 3/6/23 Tyrone was a AMAZING as usual! The way I am treated I have NO DOUBT this is one place that absolutely appreciates my business! As a regular they are regularly hooking me up with deals and specials. Tyrone especially has gone out of his way to make me feel like a rockstar every time I come in. Customer service as always was fantastic and I thank Bri for the amazing service! ‘Twas a pleasure to visit and thanks to everyone at Symbiotic for always going the extra mile! One of the few places I truly believe appreciates my business which is rare anymore!

Update 9/9/24 Another Fantastic visit as always! This time it was Jacob who once again gave me Rockstar level service! Jacob couldn’t have been more kind & helpful and was super quick getting me my order! He even hooked me up with a nickle so I didn’t have to deal with a handful of change! Jacob is always super cool whenever I come in to Symbiotic and this time was no exception. Thank you Jacob & Symbiotic for always providing top notch service all the way around.

Update 01/15/2025 Katie P was a Rockstar and was even kind enough to compliment my jewelry! Amazing customer service as always. The new express orders system is astonishingly quick as this was easily the quickest visit I have had yet. Was in and out in less than 5 min! Great job Symbiotic! After all these years of fantastic service y’all are still finding ways to improve. Thanks for being so awesome!

The staff is not nice. They are only nice to those people who are in their "click". They are no better than the corner shop in SF that passes out buds and has an old fashioned scale and some local dude looking at it with a magnifying glass. If you're one of those people who come in and buy all their expensive stuff. (They DO NOT have very good low cost high quality eighths...) BUT if you buy the expensive stuff from them and then sell it to whoever and come in the next day and buy more of the expensive stuff, they hook you up. I will never visit this club again, because they made it hard to work with my partner and having him be the caretaker for me. He takes care of my money, yet he can't use his card to buy the marijuana for me? At least.... NOT ANYMORE. It used to never be a problem, and they said that if I came back in with the form signed that it would not be a problem and the guy even said that there was a note in the system regarding my caregiver being allowed to use his card to pick up my order, which I DO pay for. BELIEVE THAT. So.... WHY? Let him in and let him pick out all my stuff, waste the staffs time.. Which by the way the girl who is blonde and a total you know what and a little chunky kept walking by looking at my eighth like it was too much and that it needed to be cut down to less. They have no sense of loyalty, and I was absolutely disgusted with those self involved people who think they are better than the people who come in there. I dont need to be judged or treated a certain way, or be required to be "kiss-butt" with the staff so they will throw a little extra pot on their jenkie scales. I plan on reporting this place to the proper authorities, and I am going to do a charge back on the charge for my partners card, since he went all the way down there today to be turned away after all the hell of getting what I needed and of course the commute and everything. They told him that he had to go to an ATM down the road, and then when he came back they were like "oh I was SURE you wouldn't make it". he said... "We will never be coming to this club ever again.". Some rude loser stoned twit said that "you dont gotta buy anything today dude..., and my partner said that you have the right to refuse service to us, but that were tired of being treated this way.. If we were man and wife we would not be getting discriminated against. Im callling the management tommorrow to ask that the blond girl be fired, and that I intend to report them to the proper authorities.... since they had no problem taking my caretakers card, yet now its illegal? Yet they did it one last time the other day? WRONG. They technically sold to someone without a permit. I also bought a bong from them which every single piece on it got cracked and broke, and was a total ripoff. Avoid this club if you can do better. I hate these people and had they been a little nicer, or hopefully they are nice tomorrow.. OR IM GOING to get them SHUT DOWN.. IF ITS THE LAST THING I...

After I paid I mentioned that it was my first time there and he took the time to redo the transaction so that I could get 20% off for my first visit. the flower was great. I was skeptical seeing that it was rated @ 37.29% THC but, it may be some of the strongest cannabis I've ever smoked. decent prices on a lot of their inventory. I'll definitely go back. Thanks guys -I'm adding this edit about a year after my first visit: THIS IS THE BEST CANNABIS RETAILER IN SAC HANDS DOWN!!! you may be able to find better one-time deals at other places to get you in the door but, symbiotic has the best price and quality vendors consistently for real. When they have deals/bogos they're usually better than other places too. If you know how to work the daily specials you're set. The early bird discount has saved my life numerous times when I'm scrounging for change. do yourself a favor and stop shopping delivery and the other retailers in Sac. check out the online menu before you go in so you have an idea of what you want or you could be in there for an hour trying to find something. this is more relaxed for you and also helps the employees and the people waiting in line behind you. You can also do express checkout. They will have it ready when you get there and you go to a different line technically skipping everyone that wants to shop at the store. The downsides are that you can't add anything to your order once you're at the register and don't get to compare the flower or extract to ensure it's the quality that you want. Seriously, you're welcome. ENJOY! Edit: All of the bud tenders here are down with customer service in a real way. There aren't many businesses left that have happy employees that genuinely want to help. Katie is top notch. She's my regular and is always on point. Tip your bud...
