Woodbine Park — Attraction in Sacramento

This park is a pretty adorable little oasis in an area of town that isn't the greatest. I came across it by accident, after following incorrect directions. My companion and I decided this would be a good place to stop for a few minutes to figure out where we were going. We hung out for a while, just to enjoy the day, since we were there already anyway. The park appeared to be clean, and pretty well kept, with lots of green grass. There were a lot of people out enjoying the sunshine🌞with family and friends. Overall, it seemed to me to be a great place to go for the kids🤸 to play, the dog🐕to run around (on a leash, of course😜) have a picnic🌭🍉, fly a kite🪁, ride a bike🚲, etc etc.. you get it!...

It was a nice park. I like the fact that there is a nice playground designated for toddlers with appropriate sized slides, jungle gym, etc. And then separate playground for bigger kids. Lots of spider webs though. I'm hoping this is just a seasonal thing (I'm new here) because my son did NOT enjoy the spider webs. Neither did I. But overall its a really nice park. I went at noon on a school day and it was virtually empty aside from a lovely class playing instruments. They were nice...

This park is great for football practice this is Sacramento Ducks practice field all the kids enjoy going to this park, it's centrally located in South SACRAMENTO. Down side is the bathrooms they are very dated and always have homeless...
