@Larry Waters I think you have the wrong place, because there is nothing but awesomeness from this place. I looked at all the other reviews you’ve left other places and it seems like you have nothing else to do with your life except give an opinion that no one actually cares about. It specifically states that Kracked only fixed IPhones and IPads, so maybe you could look a little harder next time instead of leaving a nonsense negative review. I have only ever heard great things from customers of Kracked, and the owner is not accountable for answering hundreds of phone calls and messages everyday, so maybe if you have a question or concern go to the store instead of writing lies about a business. There is no need for ignorance. I recommend Kracked to anyone who wants to purchase some pretty awesome things! Nothing but great experiences...

Place has nice things, some stuff is way overpriced Walmart sells a new game for $50 and they sell it for $53. Ginny always gave good deals now the new lady rips you off, you bring a pile of stuff and get offered $10 she has said in the past she doesn't deal with electronics she doesn't take clothes unless she likes them I bring cool stuff that Ginny would of took in a heartbeat now the new lady says I can't make money on that and turns me away she doesn't give great customer service she low balls everything I bring in a game console and the new lady just goes anywhere between $10-$15 bucks because she can go sell it for 100+ and rip you off all and all it's not a great...

Good all-around novelty store. Videos, games, even costumes. I was surprised to find 2nd-hand games, books, and videos. It's billed as a cellular phone repair shop, but there's much much more.

I would rate higher, but the smell was funny (not just incense), some areas were disorganized, and the staff were distracted (on their phones) until I asked for help.

Edit: I returned about 5 weeks later, and found things improved. Employees were engaged with customers (and using phones to help answer questions). The back area was still in a state of organized chaos, but it appears that the most disorganized zone is used for...
