I had an excellent buying experience with Valley Furniture. I bought two ranges from them, one gas and one induction. When I called looking for the specific models I wanted they had a floor model of the gas one available so I got that one for a discounted price. They had to order the induction range but the supplier had switched to a newer model after they ordered. Since my ranges will sit side by side I needed them to match so they ordered me a new gas range that would be the newer model just like the induction one and didn’t charge me any more for that!

They kept me updated throughout the ordering process and they were both delivered safely by friendly professional deliver guys.

I have been dealing with Valley Furniture since they were in downtown Safford. There has never been a time when I would hesitate to recommend them. They have always been more than willing to work to address my family's needs. Their selection and quality of service has been well above that which would be expected. Just recently using their web site for the first time, I noticed very few negative comments among the many positive. I would have to believe that those negative would have to be ignored, due to the very thoughtful responses by Valley Furniture.
