JOE’S Ride N Dine — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Usually a good experience but today’s service was horrible and the attitudes of the young staff was not pleasant. We had two small children in tow that requested slight modifications on their burgers toppings: one burger with only mustard and extra pickles and the one burger with only lettuce, tomato, and ketchup. Our two grown up burgers were the usual classic burger with no modifications and everything on them(lettuce, tomato, ketchup, & mustard) The young man taking our order asked us to review our order to verify it was correct, all four burgers had incorrect topping items either added or removed. Attempting to correct him only seemed to add more modifications to burgers that didn’t need it. After making the corrections we knew everything looked good. However when our order came, it was not correct and included extra items we did not order as well as our receipt being labeled “Karen”(my name is not Karen and I told the young man my name for the order) The young lady who served us attempted to correct the order only to backtrack after speaking with the young man who stated that we had verified our order was correct when we paid. She came back to our table with some dollars and coins, a partial refund but no correct order item for one child who was still waiting to eat. I understand that it was busy but either slow down and listen to your customer or be adequately trained before being assigned to...

Literally pulled in and grabbed one burger just to try the place.

Driving by this place it stood out amongst the older town of Stafford. The this clean, modern, attractive building screamed at us to come and try a burger. The drive through sign was well thought out and actually had pictures of each item on your burger to eliminate any confusion of what came with your order!!! Very creative!!!

We had just placed an order for pizza and was told 25mintutes, so we pulled in and ordered one burger just to see what this place was about.

We ordered the "firehouse" Solid burger! The shredded lettuce with the onion gave it a crisp bite and the burger patty stood out as fresh and hearty. There was a slight hint of spice and the cheese came through nicely!

Really wish we could have more time in this town to try more items on the menu. The drive through window had a sign saying they offered multiple flavors of soft serve ice cream. 27 I believe? I could be wrong but something like that.

If back in this area will definitely give this menu a thorough testing.

I almost never leave a bad review… I prefer to talk to them in person to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I tried but was not taken seriously. My husband and I came in for ice cream. He had a vanilla shake and I had a sundae. We took our first spoonful and both of us said it tasted like sour milk.He went to tell the staff person who was very nice and made him a new shake . It tasted the same. I then told staff that the ice cream in my sundae tasted sour too and I couldn’t eat it.He said he had tasted the ice cream and had another person taste it and it was fine. I said,”no there is definitely something wrong with it” He said something about cleaning the machine when the next shift came in but still insisted the ice cream tasted normal. He was very polite (as we were) but when my husband suggested a refund, he just looked at us. So we threw the shake and sundae in the...
