This is a good park for family and pets. I took my two golden retrievers, they had a great time walking in the trails. Be aware if you have big dogs that pull a lot, make sure to be very careful walking downhills, they are deep and slippery. However, the trails aren’t difficult for adults or kids.
The falls are beautiful, good scenery for picture and to enjoy the view, but get closer to the falls, you will have to go down the stairs. According to other reviews, you can get even closer to the falls during warmer times.

Whether you're a local or just passing through, Brandywine Falls is a must-see for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone who wants a breath...
Read moreWhen given the opportunity to visit the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest, Brandywine Falls is a must see stop. About halfway down the trail toward the falls you can choose which set of steps to take to see the falls from near the bottom, in the middle or from the top. I would suggest all 3 during a visit. While enjoying the view of the 60 foot falls and the sounds of the rushing water, don't forget to stop and take a moment to read about the historic site and village surrounding the falls, the history adds to the feeling of nostalgia one can garner...
